A lot of that is possible because he has a combination of creative and management exposure working with many companies from the ground up. And what really adds to the magic is his unbelievable multi-skilled talent. He is a mechanical engineer loves to work on various technologies, has super sketching skills to conceptualise an idea into a form figure, has been working on Adobe graphic tools for ages, loves to work in web technologies, has done professional photography for fashion models to big machines, is also a professional film-maker and loves to shoot and edit, enjoys playing with different technologies and new upcoming gadgets.

Harshad serves on C-Level positions with several companies and acts as a Mentor to many startups, incubators, and accelerators. He is also recognised as the "Mentor" to famous "Startup India" program by Government of India and MSME body of India.
