BEN HARTMAN
Creative Director & Copywriter
Ben is an experienced, award-winning, international advertising Creative Director and Copywriter.
Born in North London, Ben learnt his craft at some of London’s finest advertising agencies, including Leo Burnett, BBH and RKCR/Y&R, writing award-winning work for brands such as Audi, Land Rover, Virgin, Pedigree and M&S.
In 2010 Ben moved to 180Amsterdam, and in 2012 became Executive Creative Director at TBWA\UNITED in Amsterdam. He ran TBWA’s international creative department there for 6 years, creating world-class work for global brands such as Heineken, Adidas, Nissan and ING. Ben left TBWA in 2018 to launch a side-project - Arenaroom.com – the world’s first 360 degree stadium wallpaper.
With his brother running Arenaroom on a day-to-day basis, Ben is now back doing what he loves – creating award-winning advertising for global as well as local brands.
Ben has been recognized by almost every award show going, from D&AD to Eurobest, from FWA to Epica, and for every category of work too, from traditional TV, print and radio, to today’s social media campaigns, brand activations, experiential and website design.
Along the way he has judged at Eurobest and mentored at the Miami Ad School.
